About

The professional home for music collaboration.

cllb brings producers, vocalists, instrumentalists, songwriters, engineers, DJs, labels and publishers together in one environment built around finishing records. Discovery, communication, agreements, payments, file sharing and feedback all live in one continuous workflow, so collaborators can concentrate on the music.

Why cllb exists

Finding talented people has never been easier. Knowing who genuinely created the work they present, agreeing commercial terms and protecting everyone’s interests remains unnecessarily complicated. Generative AI has accelerated the problem: a producer commissioning vocals may receive AI-generated stems without knowing it, and labels and publishers increasingly need confidence that the work they invest in was created by the people credited for it.

cllb exists to restore confidence in authorship. Every collaborator on the platform contributes original human creative work, and every agreement, contribution and approval becomes part of a documented collaboration history — transparency throughout the project, not only at its conclusion.

Strictly Human Collaborations

AI-generated music, vocals and lyrics are not permitted on cllb. Every upload carries a recorded human-made declaration, and a false declaration is a documented breach that leads to content removal and account termination. A performance is meaningful because somebody chose to perform it; a lyric matters because somebody lived the emotions behind it. Authorship only exists when people genuinely create the work credited to them.

What we believe

Music has always been collaborative. Every finished record is shaped by creative decisions from different people — producers refining arrangements, vocalists bringing emotion to lyrics, session musicians adding character, engineers solving technical problems, labels connecting the music with listeners.

Creative work benefits from structure when that structure removes uncertainty instead of adding bureaucracy. Agreements are recorded and timestamped, payments are held in escrow until work is approved, and every step lives in a tamper-evident collaboration history. Clear expectations, so the collaboration can be about the music.
